There and Back Initiative Statement

Introduction
The There and Back Initiative is a bridge—an intentional crossing point between where people are and where there is a calling for them to be. It stands between confusion and clarity, between isolation and belonging, between the noise of the world and the steady voice within belief and faith. As a bridge, it does not replace the journey; it makes the journey possible. It offers safe passage, trusted guidance, and a structured pathway for individuals, families, and communities to move from fragmentation toward wholeness. Rooted in covenant identity and grounded in the Word, the Initiative connects formation, fellowship, and practical support so that people can return to the foundations of faith and then go back into their lives strengthened, restored, and equipped. It is a bridge home—and a bridge forward.
LifeLong teaches, HearthStone advises, PathStone Operates
VisionView is the portal of the There and Back Initiative—the front door into the entire ecosystem. It serves as the unified gateway where There and Back members first encounter the mission, identity, and direction of the Initiative. VisionView orients visitors, offering a clear view of who we are, what we stand for, and how each environment connects to a life shaped by belief and restored purpose. It is designed to be simple, welcoming, and grounded in truth: a place where seekers can step out of the noise of the world and into a space of clarity, belonging. Through VisionView, every person is invited to begin the journey “there and back”—returning to the foundations of faith and moving forward with renewed strength and direction. There are five distinct yet complementary environments.
- LifeLong shapes who you become through continual learning, connections, and resources.
- PathWay shapes how you move. The operational property and asset programs.
- HearthStone shapes how you stand through assistance, counsel and directional support.
- KeyStone shapes the internal administration. Internal governance, record maintenance, and the organizational backbone.

There and Back Development
There and Back Technical
Development is a key element of There and Back. Two offering, LifeLong and HearthStone focus on both personal and group development. LifeLong focuses on creating a culture of instruction. An instructor helps people understand. They explain ideas, clarify meaning, and guide learners through concepts so they can see how things fit together. HeathStone, on the other hand, concentrates on cultivating skills and performance development. A trainer helps people perform. They focus on practice, repetition, and skill‑building so learners can carry out tasks with confidence and consistency. Instructors build insight; trainers build capability. Both are essential, but they strengthen different parts of the learning process.
When you use machines simply as instruments, and not in the place of your spirit, your compassion, and your personal faith, it seems to me it is a way to do the very best job possible to help people at the point of their need, even by letter. – Dr. Oral Roberts (Expect a Miracle, My Life and Ministry)
