There and Back – Building knowledge, living faith

There and Back Initiative unites continual learning operational product delivery, with foundational ministerial support build, plant, and restore (seed, plant, harvest).

There and Back Development

Development is a key element of There and Back. Two offering, LifeLong and HearthStone focus on both personal and group development. LifeLong focuses on creating a culture of instruction. An instructor helps people understand. They explain ideas, clarify meaning, and guide learners through concepts so they can see how things fit together. HeathStone, on the other hand, concentrates on cultivating skills and performance development. A trainer helps people perform. They focus on practice, repetition, and skill‑building so learners can carry out tasks with confidence and consistency. Instructors build insight; trainers build capability. Both are essential, but they strengthen different parts of the learning process.

There and Back Technical

When you use machines simply as instruments, and not in the place of your spirit, your compassion, and your personal faith, it seems to me it is a way to do the very best job possible to help people at the point of their need, even by letter. – Dr. Oral Roberts (Expect a Miracle, My Life and Ministry)

Purpose

There and Back exists to help people grow in their own lives and in their pursuit in fellowship, mentoring, and growth. Whether you’re starting out, starting over, or strengthening what already exists, the Initiative provides a steady place to learn, move, and build.

The Initiative is is built for individuals, communities, and organizations who want to grow with intention – and who value wisdom, stability, and continual learning.

  • Initiative solutions must be clear enough to guide and instruct
  • Initiative solutions can be flexible to fit any season
  • Initiative solutions are strong to last.
