An instructor helps people understand. They explain ideas, clarify meaning, and guide learners through concepts so they can see how things fit together. HeathStone, on the other hand, concentrates on cultivating skills and performance development. A trainer helps people perform. They focus on practice, repetition, and skill‑building so learners can carry out tasks with confidence and consistency. Instructors build insight; trainers build capability. Both are essential, but they strengthen different parts of the learning process.
