Senior Advisor, and Co‑Owner of There and Back LLC, advocates services with a focus on integration and customer needs, strengthening operations while promoting growth rooted in resilience and foundation consistency. Provides strategic advocacy for the organization’s services, ensuring offerings are shaped around integration, customer needs, and long‑term stability. This role strengthens systems, translates complex requirements into clear structures, and supports growth rooted in resilience, consistency, and strong foundational practices. The position bridges analysis and stewardship by identifying client needs, designing aligned solutions, and reinforcing the operational backbone that enables the organization to thrive.

• Director – Online LifeLong – leading development of lifelong learning initiatives within There and Back, LifeLong promotes strategic foresight, facilitates goal-setting frameworks, and cultivates relationships through service and strong relationships.  Lifelong Learning is the ongoing pursuit of knowledge across all stages of life, while Connections refers to the relationships and networks that support and enrich that learning journey. Together, they form a dynamic framework for personal growth, adaptability, and community engagement. 
• Director – Operations PathStone – responsible for analysis and operational support, within There and Back, PathStone promotes services to strengthen customer’s ability to operate and succeed.  The concentration is on integrating customer needs with guidance, ensuring that any tools provided are responsive, insightful, and tailored for the customer’s experience.
• Director –  Advisory HearthStone – This division oversees product distribution, account reviews, and technical assistance for online channels. It ensures that digital infrastructure and resource delivery align with the mission of There and Back—supporting users as they navigate their journey with knowledge.
